What you provide
- Basic trademark information, scanned copies of business license/ID card, scanned copy of signed and stamped POA, trademark specimen (both design marks and word marks require a logo image). At the request of the Korean attorney, to ensure the legality and security of the application materials, the submitted application requires a power of attorney to be issued first; the client is required to sign to confirm, then hold the ID card in one hand
- and hold the power of attorney in the other hand for a photo, to confirm whether the signatory is the person themselves, and send the image back.
- Photo requirements:
- ✅ Face, ID document and power of attorney are clearly visible at the same time
- ✅ ID document information must be legible (no need to obscure the number)
- ✅ The signature area of the power of attorney must be fully shown
