The website of Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center (zhongwaiyun.com, the "Website") is operated by Guangdong Zhongwai Service Co., Ltd. ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Website, how we use and protect it, and how to contact us. This English version is provided for reference; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Scope

This policy covers browsing, enquiries, signing in and ordering on the Website. When you engage us for a specific service, the collection, use and provision of the materials it needs (such as company certificates and identity documents) are governed by the service contract signed by both parties and the notices given at that time.

2. Information we collect

When you browse the Website, our servers record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time, to keep the Website running and secure. The Website does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, mobile number, company name and message you enter, so that we can contact you and have an advisor follow up.

When you sign in, we use your mobile number and an SMS verification code to identify your account, and store a sign-in credential (a cookie) in your browser to keep you signed in. The Website and the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center WeChat Mini Program share one account.

When you place an order, we collect the service you choose, the contact person, the company the service is for and the contact number, to create the order, arrange the work and reconcile payments. WeChat Pay is handled by Tenpay under its own rules, and we receive only the transaction number, amount and payment result; if you pay by bank transfer, we collect the payer's name and the transfer date to match the payment.

When you use the AI advisor at the bottom right of the Website, we keep your questions and its answers to respond to you and improve the service; if you ask for a person, the advisor who takes over can see the conversation.

3. Entrusted processing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. To provide the functions above, we entrust our cloud server provider, Alibaba Cloud (SMS, security checks and email delivery) , WeCom (enquiry alerts to advisors) and AI service providers (to generate the AI advisor's answers) with the information they need, and require them to protect it as the law requires. We do not provide your personal information to other third parties unless the law requires it or you consent.

4. Storage and protection

Information collected through the Website is stored within the People's Republic of China and kept only as long as the purposes above require; order, payment and invoice records are kept for the periods required by accounting, tax and other laws, then deleted or anonymised. The whole Website uses HTTPS, and staff can view customer information only as their role requires.

5. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent or close your account. Please contact us using the details below, and we will handle your request as the law requires after verifying your identity. You can also close your account on the Website's "Account & security" page or on the "Me" page of the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center Mini Program.
