What you provide
- Copy of the company's business license for enterprise legal person (original scanned copy) (original to be inspected)
- Articles of association (copy stamped with the industry and commerce inquiry seal) (if there are changes in between, consecutive articles of amendment / shareholders' meeting resolutions must be provided)
- Note: latest complete articles of association
- Relevant documents of shareholders: ID card of natural person shareholders / business license and industry and commerce filed articles of association for corporate shareholders / legal person registration certificate for non-corporate legal person shareholders (original scanned copies)
- Scanned copy of the property ownership certificate after being stamped / housing lease agreement (filed) or proof of office site (original scanned copy)
- Only need to provide: rental contract and registration / or rental contract and property ownership certificate, contract area over 60 sqm
- Original social insurance certificates for the above 3 persons for the recent 3 months / ID cards (original scanned copies)
- Network access agreement within Guangdong Province / front and back pages and annual inspection page of the website access unit license
- Note: Guangdong requires the data center to be located within Guangdong Province
- Provide scanned copies of the IDC or ISP qualification certificates of the access-providing entity
- A. Print the Internet domain name registration certificates for all domains filed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the domain registrant must be the full Chinese company name of the entity) (print the domain certificate from wherever the domain was purchased)
- B. Log in to the public query page www.miitbeian.gov.cn and take screenshots of the filing information for all declared domain names
- C. On the internal network, ask the server hosting provider to take screenshots of the filing information
- Note: If the domain name is registered under an individual's name, the domain name must be changed to the company's name
- Requirements: 1. Registered capital of more than one million, subscription permitted
- Three social security personnel for more than three months
- Shareholders must be entirely domestic-funded
