What you provide
- Premises: must have a property ownership certificate with commercial / office / comprehensive building use / the use may not be changed
- Lease term of three and a half years or more / lease filing of 3 years or more / at least 3 years remaining on the lease as of the date of submission / located no higher than the 4th floor
- Fire safety: indoor training requires a fire safety assessment report / outdoor training does not
- If the area exceeds 500 square meters, a completion acceptance statement from the housing and construction authority is required
- Registered capital of ¥100,000 with a bank capital verification certificate / teaching equipment valued at ¥100,000
- Teaching staff: one administrative officer / one management staff / one finance staff, plus the number of teachers required for the corresponding courses / no fewer than 4 employees
