What you provide
- Mainly divided into two parts: public security filing with the public security department and business filing with the culture and tourism department
- Public security filing with the public security department (to be handled within 15 days after obtaining the business license)
- Filing form: the Entertainment Venue Filing Form or the Entertainment Venue Public Security Filing Form (fill in according to the requirements of the public security department)
- Subject qualification proof: a copy of the business license / a copy of the entertainment business license
- Venue floor plan: venue location map (indicating surrounding schools / hospitals / residential communities / government departments / more than 200 meters from schools) and an internal structure schematic diagram
- Personnel information: copies of ID cards of the legal representative / principal person in charge / investor and certificates of no criminal record (or written declarations)
- Business information: venue business address / area / scope / approved number of customers
- Security materials: the security service contract signed with a security service company and the staffing of security personnel
- Equipment and facility materials: floor plans of the installation locations of surveillance / security inspection equipment and inspection acceptance reports (amusement entertainment venues must additionally provide information on the models and quantities of electronic game machines)
- Other materials: other relevant materials required by the public security department (such as venue photos, etc.)
- Business filing with the culture and tourism department (for certain specific entertainment venues / such as video halls / music halls, etc. / to be handled within 30 days after obtaining the business license)
- Filing form: the Guangdong Province Public Place Hygiene Filing Information Form () or the Entertainment Venue Business Filing Form
- Subject qualification proof: a copy of the business license / a copy of the ID card of the legal representative / person in charge (if handled by an entrusted person, a power of attorney and the agent's ID card must be provided)
- Venue proof: venue property ownership proof (property certificate) or lease contract (must show the lease term and the property owner's consent to sublease)
- Drawing materials: the venue's internal floor plan (must indicate private rooms / equipment locations / hygiene facilities, etc.) and location map
