What you provide
- Basic trademark information, scanned copies of the business licenses/ID cards of both assignor and assignee, signed and stamped assignment agreement, signed and stamped powers of attorney of both parties, scanned copy of the assignor's nationality notarization (not required for the assignee)
- Note: Only the scanned copy after notarization of the assignor's nationality is required; the client must go to the notary office under the applicant's jurisdiction for notarization (whether company or individual). Notarization documents issued by the CCPIT are not recognized by the South Korean authorities.
