- The materials required for applying for the Entertainment Business License in Guangzhou are mainly divided into four categories: general basic materials / site and drawing materials / fire safety and environmental protection materials / personnel and equipment materials. The specific list is as follows:
- Business license: a copy of the business license duplicate (the original must be verified / and the business scope must include "song and dance entertainment" or "amusement entertainment")
- Identity proof: a copy of the ID card of the investor / legal representative / principal person in charge (if the investor is a company / a copy of that company's business license and a copy of the legal representative's ID card must also be provided)
- Self-owned premises: provide the Real Estate Ownership Certificate (or Property Ownership Certificate) / the property use must be commercial / and must not include residential use
- Leased premises: provide a copy of the Real Estate Ownership Certificate / a lease contract (lease term of at least 1 year) and the Housing Lease Registration Certificate (or Housing Lease Information Collection Form)
- No property certificate: provide compliant proof such as the Joint Completion Acceptance Opinion or the Construction Project Planning Permit and the Notice of Confirmation for Applying for Door Plate
- Location map: mark schools / kindergartens / hospitals / residential communities / government agencies, etc. within 200 meters around the premises (distances must be shown / ensure the premises entrance is more than 200 meters from school entrances and more than 100 meters from kindergartens / map screenshots or surveying blueprints may be used)
- Internal structure floor plan: must indicate private room locations / areas (song and dance entertainment) or game and amusement equipment locations / models (amusement entertainment) / the floor plan must match the actual situation / and be stamped with the official seal
- Fire safety acceptance certificate: the Fire Safety Inspection Qualification Certificate for Public Gathering Places Before Use / Operation (or the Fire Safety Inspection Opinion for Public Gathering Places Before Use / Operation) / as well as the Safety Evacuation Floor Layout Plan filed for fire safety
- Environmental protection documents: environmental noise testing report (issued by a third-party institution / boundary noise must meet national standards / especially nighttime noise standards). IV. Personnel and equipment materials
- Written declaration of no criminal record: a written declaration of no criminal record from the investor / legal representative / principal person in charge (commitment letter / fill in according to the government service network template / must be signed by the person and stamped with the official seal / no need to provide the original "Certificate of No Criminal Record" from the public security organ)
- Song and dance entertainment venue: supporting materials on the legality of the song-on-demand system (such as a contract signed with the equipment provider / proof of lawful publication / production / import of the system)
- Amusement entertainment venue: game and amusement equipment registration form (must list equipment models / manufacturers / certificates of conformity / and the equipment must comply with the national game and amusement machine market access model catalog)
- Note: The above are general application materials for Guangzhou / some districts (such as Tianhe District / Haizhu District) or specific venue types (such as those involving food business, which require an additional hygiene license) may have minor differences / it is recommended to check the specific service guide of the culture and tourism bureau of the district where the venue is located on the "Guangdong Government Service Network" for final confirmation before application
