From digital development to coordinated professional services: exploring new paths for enterprise globalization services
On September 9, 2026, the Fifth General Meeting of the Guangzhou World Trade Center Club was held in Guangzhou. The meeting covered agenda items including the election of a new leadership team and included a special training session on member enterprises going global, providing a platform for member enterprises to exchange views on international economic and trade cooperation and cross-border operating needs.
Founded in 1986, the Guangzhou World Trade Center Club is an official member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). It has long focused on international economic and trade exchange and resource connections, supporting local enterprises in expanding external cooperation.

During the event, Cui Yihua, Chairman of Zhongwai Group, attended as an invited guest and delivered a special presentation on behalf of the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center.
Drawing on the enterprise service experience that Zhongwai Group has accumulated since 2011, he discussed the digitalization of enterprise services, coordination among domestic and overseas professional institutions, and the needs of global development. Through practical cases such as the establishment of a company in Mexico, trademark invalidation and opposition defense in Singapore, and ongoing compliance maintenance for a Hong Kong company, he explained the professional service support enterprises need from setting up overseas entities and protecting brands to long-term operations.
01 PART
Grounded in international economic and trade exchange, responding to enterprises' ongoing needs for global expansion
Going global is not merely about finding overseas markets or setting up overseas companies. After entering a target country or region, enterprises must also continuously address local corporate governance, intellectual property, tax and financial reporting, annual maintenance, and operational compliance matters. Whether professional services that comply with local rules can be engaged in a timely manner directly affects the stability of an enterprise's subsequent operations.
In his presentation, Cui Yihua noted that the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center focuses not only on the outcome at a single point in time, but also on the professional needs that continually arise at different stages of an enterprise's development: from establishing an operating entity to maintaining brand rights, and then to routine filings and local resource connections, a clear service path and professional collaboration are required.
“
Moving from "registration completed" to "operational on the ground," so that enterprises can continue to receive ongoing professional support after entering the target market.

02 PART
Covering more than 50 countries and regions, connecting domestic and overseas professional service resources
Building on Zhongwai Group's long-standing enterprise service practice, the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center has developed service coordination capabilities covering Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as well as more than 50 countries and regions. This coverage primarily reflects service coordination among domestic and overseas professional institutions and does not mean that self-operated offices are established in every country and region.
In specific engagements, the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center receives enterprise needs, clarifies the matters to be handled, and coordinates project progress. It then works with local professional institutions in accordance with the requirements of the target country or region to advance company formation, trademark protection, tax audits, compliance maintenance, and other professional matters. The scope of services and implementation arrangements are subject to the enterprise's engagement and actual local conditions.
Compared with single-item overseas company formation services, this collaborative model places greater emphasis on upfront needs assessment, process coordination, and ongoing operational support. It helps enterprises reduce the burden of repeatedly explaining their needs, searching for institutions across regions, and communicating with multiple parties, enabling smoother continuity between overseas company formation and subsequent professional services.
03 PART
Real cases presented on site, demonstrating professional capabilities from formation to long-term operations
In the case presentation session, Cui Yihua walked through projects actually undertaken by the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center, including the establishment of a company in Mexico and entry into the local e-commerce market, trademark invalidation disputes and opposition defense in Singapore, and audit, annual review, and ongoing compliance maintenance for a Hong Kong company. From different perspectives, he explained how cross-border professional services connect with enterprise development needs.
CASE 01 / MEXICO
Mexico | From overseas formation to local business preparation
In response to a client's need to enter the Mexican market and conduct local e-commerce business, the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center team worked with local professional institutions to advance the establishment of an operating entity and, based on the client's specific engagement, connected the professional resources required subsequently. The focus of such projects is to help enterprises clarify the formation path and procedural requirements in the target market, laying the foundation for subsequent business activities.
CASE 02 / SINGAPORE
Singapore | From trademark portfolio planning to dispute response
After entering overseas markets, brand protection goes beyond trademark applications and registrations and may also involve invalidation, opposition defense, and other dispute proceedings. In his explanation of trademark-related cases in Singapore, Cui Yihua drew on practical service experience to describe key aspects of responding to cross-border trademark disputes, including professional judgment, organization of evidence and materials, coordination with local legal procedures, and tracking of case deadlines. He demonstrated how the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center provides professional support for enterprises handling overseas trademark disputes through coordination of domestic and overseas professional resources.
CASE 03 / HONG KONG
Hong Kong | From company formation to ongoing compliance maintenance
For enterprises using Hong Kong companies for cross-border trade or e-commerce, company formation must be followed by ongoing handling of annual returns, business registration, audit and tax filing, company secretary, and registered address maintenance, among other matters.
Through long-term service arrangements, the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center helps clients clarify the requirements and document preparation for each year and connects relevant professional services, supporting enterprises in maintaining compliant operations on an ongoing basis.
The above cases correspond respectively to the formation of overseas operating entities, responses to cross-border intellectual property disputes, and long-term compliance maintenance. Together they show that enterprise globalization is not a one-off matter but a series of operational needs requiring ongoing coordination across regions and professional disciplines.

04 PART
Digitally connecting professional delivery, exploring new paths for coordinated globalization services
The "Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center," developed and operated by Guangdong Zhongwai Service Co., Ltd., is positioned as "an AI- and professional-collaboration-driven platform for the full lifecycle of enterprises."
Built on six business segments—Business & Tax, Intellectual Property, Qualifications & Programs, Global Expansion, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, and Digital Services—the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center uses standardized service products, service contracts, and operating procedures to progressively connect consultation intake, needs identification, service matching, matter handling, electronic archive collection, and follow-up, providing enterprises with clearer, more standardized, and ongoing professional services.
During service delivery, AI assists with basic inquiries, information organization and needs identification; professional advisors are responsible for verifying service conditions, defining the scope of work, organizing professional delivery and reviewing results. The Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center adheres to the principle that "AI handles efficiency, professionals handle delivery," so that digital tools serve real business judgment rather than replacing professionals with automation.
For business associations, international trade activities help enterprises discover market opportunities and exchange needs; professional service providers can, based on the specific issues raised by enterprises themselves and on the premise of clearly defined responsibilities, connect them with appropriate advisors, domestic and overseas institutions and follow-up processing. How to ensure that the real needs arising from a single exchange receive sustained follow-up is a service direction worth further exploration.
This thematic sharing session demonstrated the practices of the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center in Global Expansion, Intellectual Property, cross-border finance and tax, and digital collaboration.
In the future, the Zhongwai Enterprise Service Center will continue to focus on the practical needs of domestic enterprise operations, foreign enterprises entering China and Chinese enterprises going global, deepen the development of digital collaboration and professional service systems, continue to connect domestic and overseas professional service resources, and provide professional support for enterprises at different stages from establishment and operational compliance to growth and global development.
