- Must have room-temperature warehouse / cool warehouse / cold storage capable of ensuring drug storage quality requirements and commensurate with the business varieties and scale. Warehouse area shall be no less than 30 square meters
- The usable area of the pharmaceutical retail enterprise's business premises (i.e., registered address) shall be no less than 30 square meters
- Must have an independent computer management information system capable of covering the entire process of drug purchase, storage, distribution, and sales within the enterprise, as well as operation and quality control
- Capable of comprehensively recording information on enterprise operation and management and the implementation of the Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products
- Complies with the requirements of the Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products for all aspects of drug operations, and has the conditions to enable supervision by the local (food) and drug regulatory department (agency)
- Site filing certificate or property ownership certificate / lease contract for the registered address and warehouse address
- Geographic location map of the registered address and warehouse address (the geographic location map of the registered address / warehouse shall clearly indicate surrounding streets and landmark buildings for easy locating)
- Floor plan meeting standards (the registered address / warehouse address shall indicate the specific floor; if not the entire floor, a floor plan showing the location within the floor shall be provided
- The warehouse floor plan shall specify in detail each warehouse area, acceptance and maintenance room, warehouse office and other areas and their specific areas; the registered address shall indicate the area where each department is located)
